Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Mr. Hayan Abdul-Ghani, received in his office the President of BP in Iraq, Mr. Zaid Al-Yasiri, and a number of officials in the company. During the meeting, which was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Extraction Affairs, the Director General of the Department of Reservoirs and Oil Fields Development, and the Assistant Director General of the Department of Oil Contracts, prospects for bilateral cooperation in developing oil fields and implementing joint projects were discussed.
