EnerMech Secures Two Major Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Contracts – Enhancing Operations

EnerMech has been awarded two significant pipeline pre-commissioning contracts in offshore East Malaysia, marking a substantial milestone in the expansion of its critical pipeline and subsea activities within the region in both deep and shallow water environments.

These contracts have been secured with two separate tier-one contractors, both supporting the same multinational operator’s developments in the region.

The first scope of work involves pre-commissioning operations at a water depth of 1,300 metres, whilst the second scope takes place in shallow waters.

EnerMech’s multi-skilled team will carry out a range of highly specialized services for both clients including flooding, cleaning, gauging and testing, dewatering and nitrogen packing of subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines.

The company has extensive experience in the region having successfully supported its customers’ needs since its establishment in Asia in 2009. Over the last 15 years, it has expanded its geographical presence in Asia with subject matter experts located at its operational bases in Asia and further afield in Americas, Europe, Australia and AMEC regions. In Asia, EnerMech continues to focus on the deep water opportunities in Malaysia (regional HQ), Indonesia and China.
