This certification showcases Avangrid’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.

The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey, which examines six HR domains consisting of 20 topics across the business and employee lifecycle. The audit includes areas such as people strategy, work environment, recruitment and selection processes, learning, well-being and diversity and inclusion, among others.
In addition to Avangrid earning Top Employer 2024 in the United States, Iberdrola has been named an accredited Top Employer Europe.
