The board of directors (the “Board”) of Rex International Holding Limited (the “Company” or “Rex”
and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that confirmation was received
from legal advisors on 6 September 2024 that the investments into the JVCo pursuant to the JVA had
been completed on 2 September 2024.
