In the context of the ordinary share buy-back programme of Prysmian S.p.A. (the "Company" or “Prysmian”) announced to the market on 7 June 2024 and started on 10 June 2024 pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting with the resolution passed on 18 April 2024 (the “Programme”), Prysmian – based on information provided by the intermediary agent appointed to independently execute the Programme – has purchased from 9 to 13 September 2024, both included, no. 159,107 ordinary share (ISIN: IT0004176001) as shown in the table below in aggregate and on a daily basis.
As of September 13th, 2024, the Company has purchased, in execution of the Programme, a total of no. 2,616,480 shares for a total consideration of Euro 156,204,624.28 and therefore, taking into account the shares already held directly and indirectly by the Company, it holds a total of no. 6,254,671 treasury shares, representing approximately 2.12% of Prysmian's share capital.
