Norske Shell – Nyhamna – Ormen Lange – electrical facility

The Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority (Havtil) has carried out an audit of AS Norske Shell and the electrical facility belonging to the Shell Ormen Lange Phase 3 project at Nyhamna.

The audit was conducted on 22 August 2024. Shell is the operator of the OLP3 facility which will be an extension to the existing Nyhamna facility where Gassco is the operator.

Objective
The objective of the audit was to monitor that the electrical facility and associated equipment for the OLP3 project comply with the company’s own requirements and those in the regulations.

Result
We did not identify any non-conformities or improvement points in this audit.
