The vessel to be named and delivered is the finale of the three vessels in this series, which will be delivered 17 days ahead of the contractual delivery date. Today's naming ceremony marks the success of Yangzi Mitsui Shipbuilding's first gas carrier project with the support and cooperation of all parties. We have learned a lot of valuable construction experience from this project. Thank you to Mr. Adami, Mr. IC, Mr. Long and the dedicated on-site team of HARTMANN for their strong support, thank you to DNV for your professionalism and adherence to safety and quality standards during the shipbuilding process, and thank you to every hard-working shipyard employee. It is an honor to work with you all and thank you all for your efforts and contributions.
Our cooperation with the HARTMANN Group is progressing steadily. The second cooperation project, three 36,000-cubic-meter LEG carriers, is being built in an orderly manner, and the third project has also entered the design stage. We value the close partnership with the HARTMANN team and look forward to expanding our friendly cooperation in the future. Yangzi Mitsui is committed to continuously improving safety, quality and customer satisfaction, and will work with all parties involved in the construction to build safer, more environmentally friendly and higher-performance ships for our respected shipowners. We are committed to becoming the safest and most professional green and intelligent shipbuilding factory on this beautiful planet.
Mr. Ulrich Adami, representative of HARTMANN, said:
The sister ships Gaschem Europe and Gaschem America built and delivered by YMSE have fully demonstrated the energy-efficient and environmentally friendly characteristics of this series of ships. With the cooperation of the excellent teams of YMSE, DNV and HARTMANN, I believe that this ship will also have the same excellent performance. Throughout the project cooperation process, from the early design to the later construction, we always felt that all stakeholders worked together in a friendly and collaborative manner, which was a key factor in the success of the project. The trust established in the cooperation has laid a solid foundation for our continued cooperation with YMSE on three 36,000 cubic meter LEG carriers and three 25,000 cubic meter LPG carriers. We know that YMSE is committed to becoming a leading global green shipbuilding plant, and I am proud that we can contribute to HARTMANN's efforts on its continuous development.
The naming person, Ms. Long Yi, named the new ship "GASCHEM AFRICA" and threw champagne. Firecrackers and fireworks sounded, whistles resonated, and dragons and lions danced together. She wished the new ship and the crew a safe voyage, bringing honor to the builder and good luck and wealth to the shipowner.
The signing and delivery ceremony of the "GASCHEM AFRICA" was completed on September 11. With the delivery of the ship, the first batch of cooperation projects between our company and the HARTMANN Group was successfully concluded.
