Under the patronage of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Extraction Affairs, Mr. Basem Mohammed Khader, today inaugurated the rehabilitation and training courses program for new employees, organized by the Arab Petroleum Institute in Baghdad for the period from October 13 to 16.
The Undersecretary stressed that the program comes as a result of the government's keenness to raise the level of efficiency and institutional performance, noting that the program aims to develop the skills of new employees and deepen the principles of job behavior and loyalty to the institution. He explained that the courses contribute to achieving the strategic goals of the government by building a work environment based on cooperation and functional integration, which develops the performance of government institutions, stressing the importance of these procedures that develop the capabilities of new employees and provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to face professional challenges.
It is noteworthy that the Institute is constantly seeking to provide training programs that meet the needs of the oil sector.

The opening was attended by the Director General of the Training and Development Department, Mr. Hisham Yas Shaalan, and a group of ministry employees.
