Bounty Oil & Gas NL (Bounty) gives notice that it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting
(AGM) on Wednesday, 27 November 2024. This notice is given in accordance with ASX
Listing Rule 3.13.1.
Details of how shareholders can access and participate in the AGM will be released with the
Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and
released to the ASX.
Any person who wishes to nominate for election as a director at the AGM must lodge a
written notice no later than 5pm (AEST) on 28 October 2024 at the company’s registered
address: Level 7, 283 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
