The Monthly Summary on Oil Production, released yesterday, indicates that the total produced corresponds to a daily average of 1,117,257 barrels of oil (BOPD) compared to the forecast of 1,061,220 BOPD.
Associated gas production in the period was 68,059 million cubic feet, corresponding to a daily average of 2,269 million cubic feet (MMSCFD), of which 1,042 was reinjected to maintain reservoir pressure.
The state-owned company also discloses that around 745 million cubic feet were made available to the ALNG plant and 283 MMSCFD was used for power generation at oil facilities.
In the Cabinda Association, LPG production was 18,147 barrels, corresponding to a daily average of 605 barrels, divided into propane production of 147 barrels and butane of 81 barrels.
Thirteen drilling rigs were involved in oil production in September, with a highlight on eight deepwater drillships, including Sonangol Libongos, Saipem 12000 and DS7, in Block 15/06 and Sonadril West Gemini and Quenguela, in Block 17.
During the same period, work was carried out on twenty-two wells, with eleven operations of interventions in producing wells and eleven drilling/completion operations in development wells (9 development wells and 2 exploration wells), totaling 6,374 meters drilled.
