China Petroleum Network News (Reporter Luo Qianbin) After taking a series of measures such as reopening some shut-in wells and carrying out underground energy field regulation, in late October, the daily crude oil output of Liaohe Oilfield reached 25,000 tons, showing a steadily upward trend.
In order to seize the initiative in increasing production and play a leading role in winning the battle to maintain stable production in Bohai Bay, Liaohe Oilfield launched the "80-day hard work to win the battle to increase reserves and production" campaign from October 10. The Party Committee, Labor Union and Youth League Committee of the Oilfield Company successively issued mobilization orders and proposals to gather the strength of all employees, go all out to increase reserves, production and responsibility, and promote the goal of increasing daily crude oil production by 1,000 tons by the end of the year.
Hard reserve increase is the primary goal of the tough battle. The Liaohe Oilfield exploration system focuses on the long-term goal of returning the annual crude oil production to 10 million tons, and deploys 8 key tasks. The research on the distribution and accumulation of oil and gas in 17 oil-bearing layers in the Liaohe Sag was launched as soon as possible, and the grid system was used to sort out the distribution of remaining resources and clarify the direction of future exploration deployment. The largest 3D seismic exploration project in the past 10 years, the 680 square kilometers 3D seismic acquisition project in Sanjie Paonan, was launched to provide high-quality seismic data guarantee for deep natural gas exploration in the east. On the basis of exceeding the third-level reserve declaration this year, the pre-drilling preparation work for 18 exploration wells next year was organized in advance.
The existing reserves and well locations are the biggest potential for increased production. In order to further tap the production growth points, the Liaohe Oilfield Development Department and the Oil Production Department jointly carried out three major surveys of geology, engineering, and ground, focusing on sorting out the reserve utilization of each block layer system and sublayer, as well as the changes and current status of the "six fields" such as oil field, water field, gas field, heat field, pressure field, and flow field, clarifying short-term potential tapping measures, formulating a comprehensive adjustment plan, and gradually restoring a reasonable development order. A comprehensive survey of the 9,432 long-stopped wells in the entire oilfield was carried out, and a special action was carried out to revitalize the long-stopped wells and casing damaged wells to increase the well opening rate. The company rescheduled the production indicators of each oil production unit, optimized and adjusted some cost indicators, and resumed production of 257 long-stopped wells around the end-of-year daily production target of 26,000 tons and the goal of 26,500 tons. 528 wells were arranged for various production work such as overhaul, fracturing, and layer adjustment, to further increase production.
In recent days, scientific research and production have been tied together, and every second counts to increase oil production. The director of Shuguang Oil Production Plant, the largest oil production plant in Liaohe Oilfield, set up his office at the Institute of Geology, where he reviewed and supervised important development plans and discussed production strategies with technical personnel. Within a week, 73 wells were decided to take measures to increase production, such as overhauling side drilling, adjusting layers and filling holes, and fracturing. By strengthening the control of underground steam and temperature fields, the daily SAGD output of the entire plant increased from 868 tons on October 10 to the current 933 tons. The Oil Production Institute organized three expert teams led by five senior experts from the company to go to the grassroots to solve problems and determine solutions. More than 10 problems such as sand production in chemical drive wells have been solved. Qingyang Branch has fully launched the "day and night" and "5+2" working modes to accelerate the pace of fracturing and production of completed wells. The daily oil and gas equivalent production has continued to rise after exceeding 1,000 tons.
