Bluefield Solar Announces Transaction in Own Shares

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Deutsche Numis Securities Limited.

Date of purchase: 31 October 2024
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 50,000
Lowest price per share (GBp): 106.60
Highest price per share (GBp): 106.76
Weighted average price per share (GBp): 106.68

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 15,558,000 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 595,894,217 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 595,894,217 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
