Pennpetro Energy Announces Director Changes

Pennpetro Energy PLC advises that Mr Stephen Lunn has taken on the role of Chairman of the board of Directors with immediate effect. Mr Lenigas has resigned as a director of Pennpetro with immediate effect due to his other business commitments.

Tom Evans, Pennpetro's CEO says; "I welcome Stephen to his new position as Chairman. His previous experience and knowledge of the company, more fully outlined in our RNS of 25th September 2024, means he is certainly hitting the ground running in helping us achieve the companies near and long term targets.
