This significant step underscores Valicor’s commitment to aligning its business operations and strategies with the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, covering human rights, labor, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
Joining the United Nations Global Compact marks an important milestone in Valicor Environmental Services’ ongoing journey to contribute to a sustainable global economy. As a member, Valicor will advance its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility by integrating the Compact's principles into its core strategy and operations. This alignment strengthens the company's foundation as it works to deliver environmentally responsible services in waste and wastewater treatment and recycling for clients across various industrial sectors.

The membership aligns seamlessly with Valicor’s existing initiatives, including their rigorous environmental policy and innovative programs in waste treatment and management, which already help to conserve resources and reduce waste footprints for clients. “In 2023 alone, we recovered 92% of water from oily wastewater intake, treating and reintroducing it to beneficial uses like surface water recharge,” said Harrison Lee, Vice President, Marketing at Valicor. “Supporting our clients in their efforts to advance UNSDG #6 – clean water and sanitation – is both a responsibility and an honor for us.”
