Centrica plc announces that it purchased on 8 November 2024 (through Goldman Sachs International) 681,079 Centrica plc ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence each at a price of 115.4900 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Such purchase was effected pursuant to the Company's buyback programme announced on 8 August 2024 and in accordance with the non-discretionary share repurchase agreement entered into with Goldman Sachs International.
Since 8 August 2024, Centrica has purchased 98,378,637 ordinary shares at a cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of £118,612,403.91.
Following the above purchase, Centrica plc holds 442,542,070 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 5,125,565,144 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
