Purus is thrilled to announce the appointment of Håkon Vevang as Chief Commercial Officer. In this strategic role, Håkon will oversee the commercial chartering and sale & purchase operations for both our gas and offshore wind divisions.
Håkon brings two decades of experience in the offshore wind and shipping sectors, having served as a shipbroker at Lorentzen & Stemoco, Chartering Manager for Renewables at Østensjø Rederi, and most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at Edda Wind.
In addition to Håkon’s appointment, Purus is proud to announce the promotions of Bryn Smyth to Head of Commercial for Europe and Rebecca Fang to Head of Commercial for Asia.
?Together, Håkon, Bryn, and Rebecca will lead our commercial activities across these key regions.
