Applus+ is proud to announce the successful completion of a decommissioning project for Santos. The project involved monitoring, surveillance, and inspections of rigging and welding equipment to decommission an offshore oil and gas platform in Western Australia.
This project was a collaborative effort involving multiple Applus+ departments, including Quality, Engineering, Inspectors, Production, Project, and Commissioning. The Applus+ team in Australia completed a visual inspection of the rigging and welding equipment and witnessed welder qualifications before transferring to the Fabrication Yard in Batam.
