The oil production plants of Jilin Oilfield have taken effective measures to organize employees to conduct more frequent inspections of equipment, pipelines and various parameters on the site of oil and water wells to ensure the normal operation of equipment; strengthen vehicle travel management, reduce the number of vehicles, and ensure production safety. Jilin Oilfield strengthens the management of Changling Gas Field, Shuangtuozi Gas Storage and other stations, strictly implements the process operation parameters in the decarbonization and dehydration devices of each gas field; increases the inspection of stations and long-distance pipelines, conducts key inspections on easily frozen parts, and increases the number of condensation discharges according to actual conditions. Closely monitor the gas quality, strengthen the monitoring of water dew point and carbon dioxide content indicators, and ensure that the quality of natural gas is qualified. In terms of spare device management, Changling Gas Field ensures that three sets of decarbonization and supporting devices are in good condition for transportation. Each gas station organizes the trial operation of spare equipment from time to time, and strengthens the operation management of auxiliary systems of circulating water, instrument air and other devices to ensure that problems are handled in a timely manner. Jilin Oilfield has also established a joint inspection team to focus on the operation of process parameters of each station team, the mastery of emergency disposal procedures, and the good and standby status of equipment, etc., to ensure that people and machines are not stopped and guarantee the supply of natural gas in winter.
