SLP has acquired and taken ownership of a logistics property in Jönköping with an agreed property value of SEK 306 million. The deal is a so-called "sale and leaseback transaction" with Gripen Wheels AB as counterparty. The lease agreement is a fully indexed so-called "triple-net agreement" with a duration of 15 years. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 19.2 million.
The property, Flahult 80:4, with a total area of approximately 71,000 square meters, has a lettable area of approximately 31,000 square meters and good possibilities for expansion.

We plan to, in dialogue with the tenant and in accordance with our continuous sustainability work, refine the property to become more energy efficient and environmentally optimized," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
The property is acquired through a corporate transaction and is financed with own funds.
