EBRD extends a €24.2 million loan to support the construction of SIRIN PARK GARIUNAI logistics park in Vilnius
Bank’s investment comes alongside a €24.2 million loan from Swedbank
Investment to support stronger regional supply chains and the decarbonisation of the real-estate sector

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Swedbank Lithuania are extending a €48.4 million loan facility to support the development of SIRIN PARK GARIUNAI, a state-of-the-art logistics park in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The EBRD facility totals €24.2 million, with €15.8 million committed to date and a €8.4 million tranche to be provided later for future expansion.

The co-financing agreement between SIRIN Development, a leading logistics real-estate developer in the Baltic States, the EBRD and Swedbank, which is providing the initial financial backing for the project and acting as agent, will enable the company to deliver around 100,000 square metres of modern, sustainable warehouse infrastructure.

The SIRIN PARK GARIUNAI logistics park is strategically located near the Vilnius-Kaunas motorway and plays a pivotal role in meeting growing demand for efficient, high-quality warehousing in Lithuania. The park will integrate energy-efficient technologies and target BREEAM Excellent certification, setting a benchmark for green logistics in the region and supporting the decarbonisation of Lithuania’s real-estate sector.
