Endurans® Solar (Endurans), a leading U.S.-based supplier of advanced materials for the solar industry, is excited to announce the appointment of Nate Coleman as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Coleman, a seasoned leader with a distinguished career in the solar industry, brings unparalleled expertise and a proven track record of driving innovation to deliver top-quality solar products.
Mr. Coleman joins the company following his role as Chief Technology Officer at Erthos and previously as Chief Product Officer at SunPower. His extensive leadership experience includes senior roles at Tesla/SolarCity, Sunrun, Zola, and Zep Solar, where he consistently spearheaded the commercialization of transformative products and solutions to the renewable energy sector.

Mr. Arbitman will remain with Endurans as an Advisor to the company’s Board of Directors.

As the need for American-made solar continues to grow, Endurans is also excited to launch several new backsheet and encapsulant products to meet increasing customer demand and support the reshoring of the U.S. supply chain. These products include:
- High-reflective black backsheet – designed to deliver more power for residential modules
- Transparent backsheet – designed to deliver glass-like protection for bifacial, utility scale modules
- Multi-layer EPE encapsulant – best-in-class moisture resistance for enhanced protection for next generation cells, like TOPCon and HJT
