Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, announces the following changes to the roles and responsibilities of one of the Directors.
Further to the announcement released on 25 October 2024, the Company is pleased to confirm Mr Glen Suarez's appointment to each of the Company's established Committees, being the Audit and Risk Committee, the Nomination Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Environmental Social and Governance Committee and the Management Engagement and Service Providers Committee, with immediate effect.
There is no further information required to be disclosed in accordance with UK listing rule 6.4.6.
