As at 4th December 2024, the total issued share capital of the Company comprised 178,724,059 ordinary shares of 110 49/53 pence each. This figure includes 9,448,309 shares held in treasury.
The total number of the Company's ordinary shares with one voting right per share is 169,275,750. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
