In accordance with Listing Rule LR 6.4.9(2), Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that Anne Wade, Chair of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of the Board Audit and Sustainability Committees of Anglo American plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 January 2025.
