TECO 2030 ASA – Decision to petition for Bankruptcy

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 14 November 2024 in which it was disclosed that a bankruptcy petition was filed against TECO 2030 ASA (the "Company"). Further reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 3 December 2024 where the implications of the bankruptcy filing of TECO 2030 Innovation Center AS were highlighted.

The board of directors of the Company has this evening decided to file for bankruptcy. The board decision is unanimous and is due to the fact that there is no longer a realistic opportunity to raise sufficient capital to continue operations. The bankruptcy petition will be filed this evening.
