Petrobras informs that the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, Pietro Adamo Sampaio Mendes, has been nominated by the President of the Republic to occupy a position on the board of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP). Under the terms of article 5 of Law 9.986/2000, which regulates regulatory agencies, the nomination will still be submitted for approval by the Federal Senate and subsequent appointment by the President of the Republic.
Mr. Pietro Mendes continues in his role as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors during this process.
