The Gazprom Management Committee took note of the information about the progress of the programs for gas supply and gas infrastructure expansion in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the year 2024.

It was noted that large-scale work is being carried out in 72 Russian regions under the gas supply and gas infrastructure expansion programs for 2021–2025. For instance, in line with the synchronization plans for 2024, Gazprom built and renovated 11 gas pipeline branches with gas distribution stations (GDSs) and laid 646 inter-settlement and intra-settlement gas pipelines in the first 11 months of the year.

For example, in November, the construction of an inter-settlement gas pipeline was completed in the Ivanovo Region to bring gas to as many as nine rural communities: the Tatyanikha and Tokarevo villages and the Verkhny Landekh settlement of the Verkhnelandekhovsky District, as well as the Myasnikovo, Sorokino, Andreevskaya, Slobodki, Petrovo, and Blagoveshchenye villages of the Lukhsky District. Conditions required for gas grid connections were created for more than 1,100 households and four boiler houses.

In the Kurgan Region, gas distribution pipelines stretching from a previously built inter-settlement gas pipeline were laid in the Nizhneye, Berezovo, Sovetskoye, Kocharino, and Komintern villages of the Kurtamyshsky Municipal District. In these localities, the possibility of gas grid connection was created for more than 1,000 households and 34 boiler houses.

In the Ryazan Region, three gas pipelines were built to serve both the existing households and the houses to be built in the future in the Krasnoye and Razdolnoye villages of the Mikhailovsky District and the Nyukhovets village of the Skopinsky District.

The Company pays special attention to the re-equipment of the existing GDSs. This creates opportunities to supply more gas to the existing consumers and connect new ones. In January-November of 2024, a total of 38 stations were upgraded by Gazprom. As a result, the aggregate annual throughput capacity of said stations grew by 8.4 billion cubic meters, which is comparable to annual gas consumption by such Russian constituent entities as the Nizhny Novgorod or Rostov Regions.

In parallel with the construction of gas infrastructure, the Company is designing future gas infrastructure expansion facilities. For example, the development of the design documentation for the construction of 756 inter-settlement and intra-settlement gas pipelines was completed as of the beginning of December 2024.

The Management Committee meeting approved the 2025–2029 Comprehensive Target Program for the reconstruction and re-equipment of Gazprom's energy facilities. The Program includes the activities aimed at upgrading the power and heat supply networks, as well the water treatment and disposal systems of the Company's production facilities.

The award ceremony for the 2024 edition of Gazprom's Science and Technology Prize took place at the meeting.

The total economic benefit from the award-winning solutions and technologies is above RUB 43 billion.
