The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited Announces Transaction in own shares

The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited ("TRIG") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 9 August 2024, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Investec Bank plc.

Lowest price paid (p) 80.30

Following the above purchase, TRIG holds 24,344,560 Ordinary Shares in treasury. TRIG initially intends to hold the purchased shares as treasury shares.

The total number of voting rights in TRIG, excluding treasury shares is 2,461,618,326. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TRIG under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
