STARFIRE Lubricants, a leader in premium lubrication solutions, is thrilled to announce the addition of two highly accomplished professionals to its team: Brian Hayes and Pat McLaughlin. Together, they bring a combined 54 years of experience, industry leadership, and a proven record of success to STARFIRE as the company continues to expand its footprint and innovate in the lubricant industry.

Brian Hayes joins STARFIRE as a Sales Manager with 20 plus years of expertise in territory development and management across small companies and Fortune 500 settings. Most recently, as North American Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for International Petroleum and Additives Company, Brian consistently grew IPAC's market share and customer base over his eleven-year tenure. His ability to build strong partnerships, penetrate new markets, and grow revenue will be instrumental in STARFIRE's mission to provide outstanding solutions for its partners.

His work with leading retailers like Target, Menards, and Farm & Fleet, along with his leadership in managing private label designs, packaging, and formulations, positions him to elevate STARFIRE's retail presence. Pat has trained over 1,500 professionals in lubrication practices and held leadership roles at Valvoline, CHS Cooperatives, and Safety Kleen.
