Chair. The Company has made significant progress under his leadership to be one of the world’s leading
ocean energy companies, with commercially viable technology to be deployed in funded projects
demonstrating the Company’s CETO and MoorPower technologies.
I’m excited to accept the role as Chair and help deliver on the technical and commercial strategies in
place as well as develop new opportunities and partnerships in the rapidly growing market for ocean
energy. 2025 will be an exciting year for the Company with our work on CETO in Bilbao, Spain, and
MoorPower in Tasmania, as well as other potential project sites and funding programs around the
world.”

provide good governance, guidance and leadership to the Board, CEO, and management. Supporting
