BlueNord: Clarification on Communications Related to Tyra II Plateau Production

Reference is made to stock exchange notice published by BlueNord ASA (“BlueNord” or the “Company”) on 28 January 2025 where plateau production from the Tyra Redevelopment Project (“Tyra II”) was expected to be reached in February 2025. Reference is also made to the REMIT notifications issued by the operator TotalEnergies: Postings (gashub.at) (https://www.gashub.at/remit/postings.xhtml) of which plateau production was expected to be reached 15 February 2025.

TotalEnergies’ Q4 2024 results, published 5 February 2025, provided an overview of projects including Tyra II. BlueNord confirms that TotalEnergies’ REMIT announcement on 28 January 2025 remains valid and that the Company continues to expect plateau production will be reached during February 2025. BlueNord notes that Q2 2025 is expected to be the first full quarter with plateau production.
