Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Eng. Hayan Abdul-Ghani Al-Sawad, received today, Sunday, the Philippine Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. "Charlie Pacana Manangan" and an accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they discussed strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries in the fields of oil, gas and energy.
