SED Energy Holdings Plc (“Energy Holdings”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, SeaBird Exploration (“SeaBird”), has signed a contract for ocean bottom node (OBN) source work for its vessel, Eagle Explorer, in the Western Hemisphere. The contract has a firm duration of approximately three months, with options that could extend the total period to four months. Commencement is expected by mid-November 2025.
