Voyager Energy Limited has been advised by Operator, Oil Search (Yemen) Limited that following perforation of two identified zones of interest from 2,115-2,145 metres and 2,025- 2055 metres, pumping operations commenced on DST-1 at 0800 hrs 23 January 2005 (local time). Stabilised flow rates of 7,000 barrels of fluid per day were maintained for a 24 hour period and the Joint Venture is confident that the well is producing formation water and that
no hydrocarbons are present.
The testing program has been terminated and the plugging and abandonment of the well will
proceed as programmed.
