Gazprom has registered a new wholly-owned subsidiary – OOO Gazprom personal. The new company will recruit qualified professionals from Gazprom's staff for international project-based joint ventures. These professionals will be employed by OOO Gazprom personal, and all the social benefits and guarantees of Gazprom's employees will be retained for them during service in a joint venture.
Anton Malyushitsky has been appointed Director General of OOO Gazprom personal. Anton Malyushitsky was born on August 7, 1979 in Chekhov.
In 2001 he graduated from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, majoring in Law.
Between 2000 and 2010 he served as a legal adviser, then as Head of the Legal Affairs, Staff and Social Development Division of Podzemgazprom. Between January 2010 and August 2011 – Head of the Personnel Management and Labor Relations Division of Podzemgazprom.
In September 2011 he was appointed Deputy Director General in charge of human relations and legal affairs of Podzemgazprom.
