New Zealand Oil & Gas Ltd (NZOG) advises that Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Craig Jones will leave the company with effect from 10 May 2012, to return to Australia to take up a position within the oil and gas sector in Brisbane.
NZOG Chief Executive Andrew Knight said Mr Jones had been a valuable member of the NZOG team. “I thank him for his contribution to the company over the past three years and we wish him every success in his new role,” he said.
Andre Gaylard has been appointed as Acting CFO and a process for recruitment of a new Chief Financial Officer is underway. NZOG’s General Counsel, Ralph Noldan has been appointed to the additional role of Company Secretary.
