Former Chief Executive David Salisbury has resigned from his position as a director on the Board of NZOG (New Zealand Oil & Gas Ltd). Mr Salisbury gave six months notice in June 2011 that he would be stepping down as CEO, and was replaced in that role by Andrew Knight earlier this month. Following yesterday's final Board meeting of the year, Mr Salisbury has resigned as a director. The Board now has six members; five independent non-executive directors and Managing Director Andrew Knight.
