Pioneer Natural Resources Company (Pioneer or the Company) announced that Andrew Lundquist has resigned his position as a director of Pioneer to join the Executive Leadership Team of ConocoPhillips Company. Mr. Lundquist joined the Pioneer Board of Directors in 2004 and served on the Company’s Compensation and Management Development Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
