The total incremental crude oil production from the wells of JSC TATNEFT, equipped with the facilities for dual completion and production (DCP), dual production and injection (DCP&I) and dual completion and injection (DCI) amounted to 6,043.8 thousand tons of oil.
At present there are 1,346 wells equipped with the installations for dual production and dual production/injection (DCP and DCP&I). The average increase in the crude oil production rate per well from the beginning of the installation operation (2005) has amounted to 3.66 tons per day.
The method of dual injection (DCI) has been also successfully applied at the Company's fields. 525 injection wells are operated with application of this technology.
One of the elements that enhances the efficiency of DCP technologies application and allows to improve their application is the highly reliable layers’ isolating packer M1X.
The wells equipped with the facilities for DCP are also equipped with integrated downhole measurement systems that allow measuring downhole reservoir pressure in the real time mode. Based on the data received the engineering services of the Company’s Oil and Gas Production Divisions determine the reservoir flow characteristics and take decisions optimizing the well operation mode.
All in all there are about 15 different schemes of the DCP installations developed and implemented in the Company.
