Repsol Starts Gas Production at Kinteroni Field in Peru

Repsol had started gas production in the Kinteroni field in Peru, one of 10 main projects in its 2012-2016 strategic plan.
Repsol said the field will initially produce 20,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day before doubling that amount by 2016.
Repsol is the operator of the project with a 58.34 percent stake, while Brazil's state-run oil company Petrobras holds the remaining 46.16 percent.
