Production of crude oil from Pemex clinches 2 million 400 thousand barrels per day and natural gas in 5000 700 million cubic feet a day, according to the production target approved by the Board of Directors to integrate the PDB 2015.
Thus, Pemex Exploration and Production estimates an upward trend with reference to the target for the end of this year, due to better reservoir management. In this sense, the revival of production in certain mature fields, as well as increased production in developing and emerging fields Tsimin-Xux Navy Region Southwest is contemplated.
It also provides for entry into operation of newly discovered fields as Ayatsil-Tekel, and others with potential to increase production and Kambesah, Onel, Zanapa Arroyo and the Navigator and Terra fields in the Southern Region.
The main production of crude oil will come from Ku Maloob Zaap (KMZ) complex in Campeche, which will continue to provide 850,000 barrels per day, equivalent to just over a third of the national total, as well as Cantarell production assets, Abkat?n-Pol and Crudo Ligero Marino -Chuc.
As for natural gas, the increased production will be the Active Burgos in the north, with 1,230 million cubic feet per day, representing about 21 percent of the total, in addition to the important contribution of associated gas from offshore fields Tsimin-Xux, Cantarell and KMZ, among others.
Recall that in Round Zero, Pemex assigned to it 100 percent of the proved plus probable reserves (known the sum as 2P) and 67 percent of prospective resources requested, which will allow the company to an ordered organic growth .
