Kuwait Oil Company concludes services provisions agreement for Oil Development Company

Kuwait Oil Company initiated rendering comprehensive services to its sister Oil Development Company under a contract signed last week by the Board Directors and Managing Director Farouq Hussain Al-Zanki for Kuwait Oil Company and Deputy of Directors Chairman and Managing Director Hashim El-Refai for Oil .Development Company

On this occasion the official spokesman in Kuwait Oil Company, the deputy of the Managing Director for Administration and Financial Affairs, Ali Dugaim Al-Shammari declared that under this contract with a term of three years. Kuwait Oil Company shall render various services to Oil Development company which has been recently incorporated and to which the management of Kuwait Project in North fields shall be assigned. This agreement shall include providing administrative financial and technical services, information, human resources and medical management as well as other various services. Al-Shammari added that due to the Oil Development Company shortage of caliber and abilities sufficient for performing its business as the company is still at the beginning of its technical course and at the start of its launch after incorporation, Kuwait Oil Company shall provide the basic services because of its major experiences and capabilities in such fields. This .agreement shall enable Oil Development Company to perform its works softly and easily as well as save much time and expertise

Al-Shammari confirmed at the end of his declaration that Kuwait Oil Company does not reserve any efforts in supporting sister oil companies in all possible fields for supporting the national economy. In the near future, a similar contract will be concluded with the Kuwait Gulf Oil Company.
