Project Iran 2015, the International Trade Exhibition for Construction Materials and Equipment and Environmental Technology, is set to be held from 8-11 June 2015, at Tehran Permanent Fairground, with the official support of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (T.P.O), Iran International Exhibitions Co. (I.I.E.C), the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Commerce and Iran Electrical Industry Syndicate.

Business Monitor International expects Iran's construction industry to grow by 2.8% in 2015 after an estimated 1.4% in 2014. This positive outlook is based on reduced economic sanctions from the West, low base effects, increasing interest from foreign players, high demand for infrastructure projects and the great need for the expansion and modernization of the sector.

As such, Iran aims to utilize the expertise of international companies in order to fulfill its needs. In addition to its necessity for cutting-edge technologies, Iran plans to benefit from the latest techniques in modern construction and in undergoing projects to reduce cost and achieve higher customer satisfaction, energy saving, and environmental protection. With a project pipeline worth over USD 200 billion, and massive projects, particularly around energy, housing, and transport infrastructure, tremendous opportunities await international manufacturers, construction experts, and foreign investors.

In order to cater for these needs and opportunities by creating an ideal B2B platform, Project Iran 2015 will facilitate the introduction of technology and industrial abilities as well as the transfer of technical knowledge into the local market, with guaranteed customer contact and the chance to establish lasting business relationships with prominent players in the biggest growth markets in the Middle East.

Project Iran will bring together the whole construction spectrum under one roof, showcasing a comprehensive range of products and services that cover building material and equipment, plants machinery and vehicles, natural stone, energy, lighting and HVAC.
