SKF Provides Update on CFO Transition Process

SKF announces that Christian Johansson will start in his position as Senior Vice President and CFO of AB SKF on 15 June 2015.

As previously announced, the Group’s current Executive Vice President and CFO, Henrik Lange, has resigned in order to become CEO of Gunnebo AB. Henrik will leave his employment with SKF on 31 May 2015.
