Heritage Oil to resume Block 3A operations in Uganda

Heritage Oil Corporation announced that its operations at Block 3A, Uganda are to resume imminently. Heritage continues to maintain personnel at its bases in Blocks 3A and 1 and the timing of the drilling of the Kingfisher-2 well, which is anticipated to spud towards the end of the year, has not been affected. Seismic operations in Block 1 have continued uninterrupted.
Over the last three days Heritage has had a series of meetings with officials of the Government of Uganda who have been extremely supportive and have guaranteed the safety of all personnel and the security of the Company's operations.
Heritage intends to continue to fast-track exploration and appraisal work programs in Blocks 3A and 1 in Uganda.
