Tanganyika Denies Being in Discussions to Sell Syrian Assets

Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. saw the trading of its shares on the OMX Nordic Exchange temporarily suspended after an article published in the Swedish daily business newspaper Dagens Industri. Tanganyika is not in discussions to sell Company's assets in Syria, as described in the Dagens Industri article. As previously disclosed, the Company has entered into an agreement to sell the West Gharib assets in Egypt and the funds will be used for the active investment programs in Syria.
