Egypt to Hold International Tender for 11 Oil & Gas Blocks

Egypt will hold an international tender for 11 oil and natural gas exploration blocks in the Mediterranean sea and Nile Delta during the second half of fiscal year 2015-2016, the oil ministry said.
Egypt has been seeking to boost domestic production, as increased consumption and declines in production have transformed the country from a net exporter to an importer of energy.
