YPFB Signed Gas Supply Deal with Argentina & Brazil

Guarantees Supply and establishes Receiving Contracts for Sale of Natural Gas for the external market YPFB signed by both the Argentina Republic and the Federative Republic of Brazil, . In this regard, the maximum amount to be supplied under contract is called CDC (Contractual Daily Amount) and the amounts guaranteed by YPFB called CDG1 and CDG2 to Buyer.

CEO of YPFB, Guillermo Acha said Thursday that the supply of natural gas under these contracts is subject to the nominations of buyers who should be in the range of amounts CDC and CDG2 described, they depend mainly on the demand in their markets and seasonality in consumption.

Currently, YPFB attends the supply of natural gas within the framework of the respective nominacione s, 100% compliance in demand in both markets, and the growing demand for natural gas in the domestic market, Acha said.
