“I am surprised with progresse in South Pars”, the ambassador of Denmark stated after visiting the developing projects of South Pars.
Danny Annan, being interviewed by the public relations of Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC), described the progresse of South Pars as astonishing and stated that he is impressed by all of what is made in South Pars region and its different phases.
Annan added that at the very beginning of his arrival to South Pars, he didn’t expect such condition but now he is surprised of the progress.
The ambassador of Denmark in Iran continued that all the companies who were present in South Pars’ visit are impressed by the activities too.
Cooperation with Iran in South Pars would be a golden opportunity for Danish companies
The ambassador of Denmark in Iran stated that the oil ministry of Iran and the Iranian companies are highly susceptible and capable in the field of energy. He considered the presence of Danish companies in Iran as a golden opportunity for them in order for establishing cooperation with Iran in different fields especially in the field of energy and technology transfer investment.
Annan pointed to the fact that lots of opportunities of investment and activity establishment are available in Iran and stated that the Danish companies which are active in the field of energy are interested to invest in South Pars with their presence.
Competitive Iranian energy market, the main reason of international companies presence and investment
The ambassador of Denmark in Iran expressed that investment in Iranian energy market has competitive benefit as the extraction of oil and gas in this market is far less expensive than the same procedure done in North Sea.
According to Annan, exploration and oil & gas extraction in this region has a better condition and it has convinced many international companies to become interested in presence and investment in Iranian oil & gas field.
He pointed to the experiences, abilities and facilities of Danish companies which are currently cooperating with International companies in the field of oil & gas and added that we and Danish companies hope to be able to cooperate with Iran in developing the South Pars field.
The Denmark ambassador pointed to the presence and visit made by five active Danish companies of South Pars projects and stated that: “I am so delighted that the opportunity of visiting the phases and refineries of the region is made. It was a great opportunity for our companies to become familiar to the region by listening to the experts of Pars Oil & Gas Company.”
A couple of opportunities of investment and activity commencement are available in Iran
Annan added: “The visit made of this region and company would be definitely reflected in our country and we will announce the colleagues and Danish companies that lots of opportunities for investment and activity are available in Iran.”
He described the visit of South Pars region as satisfying and stated that with the knowledge obtained from this region and company, we will introduce companies to cooperate in the commencement of activities if Iran would be interested.
According to this report, the ambassador of Denmark in Iran accompanied by a commercial and oil delegate from this country visited the developing projects of South Pars on Thursday, 24th Nov 2016. He also evaluated the probable mutual cooperation context between Denmark energy section and South Pars project, in a meeting with specialists and officials of Pars Oil & Gas Company.
