Head of Wells Services Department at Gachsaran Oil & Gas Producing Company said, as much as 3,000 kilometers smart pigging operation has carried out by the company.
Saying that this operation was carried out within 4” to 42” pipelines, Bijan Aghayi added, since company’s pipelines are laid in mountainous areas, inspecting pipelines condition was done by helicopters.
Noting that more than 285 smart pigging operations were implemented during past 18 months he added, sustaining production level as well as maintaining oil and gas export pipelines were from main objectives of these projects.
Gachsaran Oil and Gas Producing Company manages production operation out of dispersed fields, which includes Gachsaran, BibiHakimeh, Siahmakan, Rag-Sefid, Pazanan, Mansoorabad and Nargesi.
